This beautiful and unusual opening necklace, inspired by a vintage matchbox design, is a modern day twist on a locket.  The box features an engraved elephant design and features the words 'Never Forget', a touching reminder of those loved and lost. The matchbox slides open to reveal a heart on top of some tiny matches.  The reverse of the box is inscribed with the words 'perfect match'.  The necklace is very wearable as an everyday piece and is oxidised and attached either side of the box to an 18" large silver belcher chain, with a matchstick T-bar fastening.  Ideal for layering with other necklaces.
