Any of the items on the 'ready to post' page can be sent within 2-3 days.  In the event that this is not possible you will be notified by email.  As most other work is made to order, delivery times vary for each piece. Each item specifies an estimated delivery time but please do get in touch if you need something for a special date and Jenni will do her best to help.


All orders over £25 within the UK are FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGES and are sent in the following ways through Royal Mail:

Orders under £50 - Royal Mail 1st class 

Orders over £50 - Royal Mail 'Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' depending on the value and urgency of your order.  Special delivery is an insured service which is usually delivered the following day before 1pm.  Signed for delivery is estimated to take the same as 1st class postage, often next day but not guaranteed.  Both these services are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

For overseas orders (outside of the UK) please get in touch for a postage quote.  Orders can be posted by Royal Mail International Signed For or in some cases by alternative courier.  Import tax and duty costs outside of the UK vary by country would be the full responsibility of the customer.  









Hopefully you will be pleased with the item you receive from Jenni Wilson. However, in the event that something isn't quite right, please contact Jenni within 14 days of receipt of your purchase stating your reason for return.  You will then receive details of where to send the item.


If you wish to exchange the item this can be agreed and arranged. If you would prefer a refund, this will be made to you within 7 days of the receipt of the returned goods. 


When returning the item, please make sure it is in it's original condition and packaged well, and include your contact details and reason for return.  Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. Special delivery postage is recommended to ensure safe delivery as Jenni Wilson can accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit.


In the case of a specially commissioned, personalised or adapted piece, a refund is not available unless previously agreed.  It is therefore recommended that plenty of communication is made prior to your purchase, to ensure that you are happy with your piece and a return is not necessary.

All jewellery is sent with either a branded Kraft matchbox style box, or a turquoise and white spotty pillow pouch (charms are safely packed and the pillow pouch is enclosed flat packed to avoid it becoming squashed).
